Open VentraIP and search your name
Use the orange button below. In VentraIP’s domain search box, type the business name you want followed by .com.au.

Choose the .com.au result
If your first choice is available, click Add. If it is unavailable, try a short variation that is easy to spell and remember.
- Choose the individual .com.au domain you need.
- You do not need to add every suggested domain.
- Have your ABN ready when VentraIP requests eligibility details.

Select Entry Business Hosting
Go to Hosting → Business Hosting. Find the plan named Entry and select Buy Now. This is the recommended plan for a standard 24hrSite business website.

Keep the included free SSL
The Entry plan already includes a free SSL certificate. SSL helps secure the connection to your website and enables the padlock in a visitor’s browser.
You should not need to purchase a separate SSL certificate for this website.

Review the term, cart and total
Choose the billing term that suits you. An annual term may offer better introductory value, but always check the current price, renewal details and final cart total before continuing.
- Confirm the cart shows your .com.au domain.
- Confirm the hosting product is Entry.
- Remove the free gift using the trash button. It is only free for the first year and may renew at the normal price, so removing it now prevents an unexpected renewal charge.

Create your account and pay
Follow VentraIP’s prompts to enter your contact details, ABN and payment information. Review the order one final time, then submit payment.
